The apartment was like a fancy shop with big windows. The bed was super comfy and the WiFi worked great. I loved the quiet courtyard and listening to church bells. Definitely worth the price. I'd stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Nikolai Homes! the apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It truly felt like a luxurious hotel room with the added bonus of a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, right in the city center, close to museums, shops, and restaurants. We were able to explore the city on foot and return to our cozy and relaxing apartment at the end of the day. Florian and Ursula were thoughtful and attentive hosts, providing us with everything we could possibly need during our trip.

Clean, modern studio with comfortable bed. Great shower and bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Central location, close to main attractions and subway stations. Helpful hosts with quick communication.

nikolai homes is super clean - modern, and cozy. it's in a perfect location - just a few minutes from the city center. you can even see the steeple of stefansdom from outside! they provide lots of thoughtful amenities like chargers and a coffee machine. the hosts are great at communicating and they send you a code to open the door. can't wait to stay here again!

Always choose this place. No regrets. Staff helped with water at night. Has Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for New Year.

The decoration in the hotel was just lovely, dear. It had a certain elegance and charm that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-designed and made it easy for me, as a senior, to get around. The hotel's accessibility was excellent, with no steps or obstacles in the way. It was such a relief to stay somewhere that catered to the needs of older guests like myself.

I would have loved if the children working there could have offered some assistance with carrying my luggage.
